Our goals: Ideal posture, a limber body, a warm heart.
The goal is achieving complete asanas (postures) without overexerting yourself, whether it be the camel, fish, forward bend, twist, balance or plow.

There is a special trial lesson costing 1,000 yen.

A single lesson lasts 90 minutes (75 minutes for early morning and evening yoga classes).
Early morning yoga: 7:15-8:30 AM, Monday-Saturday
Evening yoga: Starts at 8 PM on Wednesday and 8:30 PM on Friday
