＊今回の無料レッスンは、神田教室で行われているレッスンを中継する形で行います。教室で参加している生徒さんへの対応で指導員が画面から見えなくなることや、オンライン参加の方のお一人おひとりの動きをチェックすることは出来かねます。決して無理はせず、ご自身の気持ちの良い感覚の範囲で行ってください。

＊人数が想定より多い場合には、人数制限をさせて頂く場合もございますので、ご了承ください。

*These free demo online lessons are trial for you and us. It might take time to solve problems if something is happened during the lessons.

*Lessons will be only Japanese. We will let you know when lessons in English are ready.

*The lessons will be live from Kanda studio. An instructor might be not on screen sometimes because of students who attend the lesson in the studio. It would be difficult for an instructor to check your movements one by one. Please be aware how your body feels. Just do as much as feels comfortable.

*We might set the limit of number of participants if many people apply more than we expect.

ご参加の際には、ヨガマット（バスタオルでも可）、動きやすい服装、飲み物をご用意ください。

レッスン開始前15分にはご準備ください。出席確認等取らせていただきます。

Ready your Yoga mat(or bath towel), comfortable clothes, water before the lesson. Please enter the meeting 15mins before the lesson starts.
