This class is ideal for people wishing to maintain maximum health.
Our goals: Ideal posture, a limber body, a warm heart.

The goal is achieving complete asanas (postures) without overexerting yourself, whether it be the camel, fish, forward bend, twist, balance or plow.

Lesson Contents (example)
Limbering-up exercises to help you relax.
Exercising the abdominal muscles and back muscles to maintain ideal posture.
Some yoga asanas (postures) to direct your attention to the body.
Breathing exercises and meditation to focus on the mind.
Relaxing while recovering from fatigue.
Talks on yoga useful in daily life.
  • Family Yoga lets participants enter into asanas (postures) without overexerting themselves after relaxing body and mind.
  • The contents of the lesson may differ slightly depending on the day of the week and the instructor.
    Check the weekly schedule for the instructors' schedule.
    The "Monthly Lesson Goals" of the individual instructors can be confirmed upon introduction to the instructors.

Mottos of Health and wellness Yoga Course

  1. We don't work out saying "painful, hard and difficult."
  2. We execute tension-releasing movements to try various asanas without overstraining.
  3. We've incorporated corrective exercises and SOTAI Therapy to ease out the knots in the body.
  4. We also provide guidance on yoga diets that include macrobiotic diets featuring brown rice.
  5. We provide guidance on health problems, such as oversensitivity to cold, constipation, leg swelling, menstrual irregularities, etc.
  6. Depending on your progress, we can move on to difficult postures, such as the arch or standing on your head.
  • We promise to send you off smiling when the lesson's over and you leave the studio.

Guide to Health and wellness Yoga Courses

Experience Please sign up for a trial lesson.
There is a special trial lesson costing 1,000 yen.
* Please bring along a hand towel, T-shirt, stretch pants, etc.
Membership It's possible to become a member at any time.
Times A single lesson lasts 90 minutes (75 minutes for early morning and evening yoga classes).
Early morning yoga: 7:15-8:30 AM, Monday-Saturday
Evening yoga: Starts at 8 PM on Wednesday and 8:30 PM on Friday
Consult the weekly schedule for further details.

  1. Possible to switch to another class.
    Decide roughly what day you can attend, and you can freely change to another day or time when it is not possible at the usual time.
  2. We provide advice on improving your physical constitution using a weekly eating diary.
    You are what you eat!
  3. Soul Stretching
    In addition to lectures on yoga, we also provide advice on problems in daily life, such as in the family or workplace, in society or troubles in interpersonal relations.
  4. Health Advice
    We provide information on how to eliminate stiff shoulders and lower back pain. Feel free to consult us on more delicate matters on an individual basis, such as infertility, sensitivity to cold, constipation, swelling in the legs, menstrual cramps, etc.
  5. Special prize for regular attendance over three months
    Persons who regularly attend their weekly class for periods of four weeks or three months will receive a surprise gift.

8,600 yen/month (tax included) for four lessons a month
12,900 yen/month (tax included) for 8 lessons a month
15,100 yen/month (tax included) for 12 lessons a month

  • Yoga mats are provided free of charge!
  • Coupon books are available for 14,400 yen (tax included) for five lessons and are valid for six months following date of purchase.
    Coupon books are recommended for persons who are unable to attend four times a month.
  • Monthly Free Passport: 17,200 yen (tax included)
    This entitles you to unlimited class attendance during a one-month period for big savings!
